7. Returns and Cancellation Policies

Returns: will be accepted only within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns related to shipping damage must to be reported within 48 hours of the package delivery.

Cancellation: because Acevedomedia operates on a print-on-demand basis, we are able to offer a flexible cancellation policy.

If the print order is cancelled for whatever reason before the ordered print is produced, a 100% refund will be given of the amount paid for the item/s plus sales tax plus the shipping cost. Note: usually ordered prints are printed within 2 days of its online purchase.

If an Acevedomedia customer cancels an order which we have already printed prior to it being packed for shipping we will then issue a full refund (item price + sales tax) to the customer's credit card less a 20% 're-stocking' fee. The customer will get a 100% refund on their shipping costs. The 're-stocking' fee helps to cover our printing and production costs for producing the print when it was ordered.

If an Acevedomedia customer cancels an order which we have already printed after it has been packed for shipping we will then issue a full refund (item price + sales tax + shipping cost) to the customer's credit card less a 20% 're-stocking' fee. The 20% of the shipping price we do not refund in such cases is to cover the cost of packaging the order.

If an Acevedomedia customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, our policy is to offer a full refund of the print price and taxes charged for the item less a 20% re-stocking fee – providing that it is returned to us in its original package in its original new condition. In this case there will be no refund on shipping charges.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and ship it via a trackable method such as UPS or FedEX. To be valid, returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
