Acevedo: Part of the flow when creating these works is the natural tendency to generate several or many iterations along the way to the final state. More often than not, several of the versions work quite well and are worthy of issue. When I get Back is an example of this, I do like quite a few of them. A version of this image has its exhibition debut at the group show called Digital SITE in Downtown Los Angeles. This was organized by me, Michael Wright and Mason Lyte. We linked up with the New York City based special interest group called Art Science Collaborations Incorporated (ASCI) and staged a bi-coastal art opening on 4 August 1995. This came out of my travels back and forth between the two cities during the first part of the year.
